Changed your mind?

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Withdraw from a purchase. We refund you in full, automatically, within 14 days.

Prefer a form? Use the model withdrawal form in our Terms (section 7), by email or by post.

Where is my Collectible?

In your collection on OCTARR (members.octarr.com), usually right away after payment and at the latest within 7 days.

Receipt and invoice

Stripe emails your receipt; your invoice is in your collection.

Signing in

We send you a link by email. No email? Check your spam folder, and always use the newest link.

Payment didn't work?

No payment was taken. Try again or choose another payment method. We sell only to private buyers, not to companies.
